10. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through direct negotiation for a period of 30 calendar days from written notification of the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties may resort to mediation before the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) or before the competent courts mentioned in the previous section.
11. Modifications to Terms
Saventorionx reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after the publication of modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must stop using our services.
